These terms govern the relationship between ECOMM LTD ("we", "us", "ECOMM") and the client ("you", "client") for web development and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
ECOMM provides custom website development, AI integration, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services as described in our packages and as agreed in writing (email or signed proposal) before a project begins.
The specific deliverables, features, and scope are confirmed during the intake process. We do not begin work until both parties agree on the scope.
Current packages and pricing ranges are listed on our website. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins and depends on the specific scope of your project.
All prices exclude VAT. VAT is applied as required by law, depending on your location and VAT registration status. We issue VAT invoices for all payments.
Work begins when both conditions are met:
Delivery timeline is up to 15 days from the date both conditions are met. Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend the timeline proportionally.
We operate a two-slot workflow (maximum 2 active projects). Slot availability is informational and subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline a project if it is not a good fit.
To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to:
All packages include 2 revision rounds. A revision round is a single batch of related changes submitted together.
Additional changes beyond the included rounds are billed as change requests at an agreed hourly or per-request rate. We will always confirm the cost before starting additional work.
Scope changes (adding features, pages, or functionality not in the original agreement) require a separate quote and may affect the timeline.
Upon full payment, the client owns the delivered source code and website. ECOMM retains the right to use the work in its portfolio (visual screenshots and descriptions only, no confidential data).
The website is provided as a managed service. ECOMM retains ownership of the code during the subscription. The client owns all content they provide.
A buy-out option is available if the client wishes to acquire full ownership. Buy-out pricing depends on the project scope and is confirmed in writing.
Fonts, icons, images, and other third-party assets used in the project are subject to their respective licenses. We only use assets with licenses that permit commercial use.
WaaS includes hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and minor monthly edits. "Minor edits" means text changes, image replacements, and small adjustments — not redesigns or new features.
AI features, if included, are billed separately based on usage or via agreed tiers.
Post-launch support is provided according to the package:
Support is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 EET, via email. We aim to respond within 4 hours on business days.
If you cancel before work has started, the deposit is refunded in full.
If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit covers work completed to date and is non-refundable. We will deliver any completed work up to that point.
You may cancel WaaS after the minimum 12-month period with 30 days' written notice. Early termination within the first 12 months requires payment of the remaining monthly fees for that period.
If you need to delay the start, we can reschedule once without penalty (subject to slot availability). Repeated rescheduling may require a new slot request.
ECOMM's total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We do not guarantee specific business results (traffic, leads, revenue) from the delivered website, though we build with conversion and performance as priorities.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, client lists, pricing structures, and technical implementations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ruse, Bulgaria, unless otherwise agreed.
We may update these terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing projects. The current version is always available on this page.
