With Owned packages (Professional Site, Site + AI) — yes, you own the delivered code. With WaaS, the site is provided as a managed service. If you later want ownership, a Buy-out option is available.
2 revision rounds are included in every package. Additional changes are billed as paid change requests to keep the project focused and on schedule.
