.ECOMM is a boutique web studio based in Ruse, Bulgaria, founded and led by Emil Manolov, together with Stanislav Manolov as co-founder and technical partner. Build time is up to 15 days for any package, counted from the day (1) the deposit is paid and (2) all inputs are in: brand assets, final texts, and approvals. The overall calendar depends mostly on how quickly content and feedback arrive.
Standard: 50% upfront, 50% on launch. Optional: 100% upfront for a 5% discount. Work starts after deposit and intake are completed.
No. All prices exclude VAT. VAT treatment depends on your location and VAT status; we invoice accordingly.
Yes. We're VAT-registered and issue VAT invoices. A deposit invoice is issued for the upfront payment; the final invoice on delivery.
With Owned packages (Professional Site, Site + AI), yes, you own the delivered code. With WaaS, the site is provided as a managed service. If you later want ownership, a Buy-out option is available.
2 revision rounds are included in every package. Additional changes are billed as paid change requests to keep the project focused and on schedule.

We run a two-slot workflow: max 2 projects at a time. Slots are informational: you request one, and we confirm fit and timing before accepting. We may decline if it's not a good match.
Absolutely. We communicate in English, use standard international tools, and can work with clients anywhere in the EU and beyond.
AI chat features are either billed separately based on actual usage, or via fixed tiers depending on your plan. We'll agree on the model upfront so there are no surprises.
